Flat Circle, a performance marketing agency specialising in paid advertising, creative strategy, and email marketing for high-scale ecommerce brands, is opening an office in Los Angeles. It marks a significant milestone: Flat Circle becomes the first Slovenian agency with an official presence in the United States.
From Ljubljana to LA
Flat Circle was founded in 2019 by Rok Hladnik with a clear conviction: agencies were optimising for the wrong thing. While the industry chased spend and ROAS, Flat Circle built systems oriented around profit. The approach quickly attracted a growing number of D2C and subscription brands across Europe and the US.
The results speak for themselves. In 2025 alone, the agency generated over $400 million in revenue for its clients. The team has grown to 25+ experienced strategists and creatives operating on both sides of the Atlantic.
The agency's services cover paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Snapchat, Reddit, and other channels, alongside creative strategy and production, and email marketing. All of it rooted in one principle: treat every client's budget like your own.
Why Los Angeles
The US has long been a key market for Flat Circle's clients. The Los Angeles office formalises what was already present: working with American brands, coordinating across time zones, and embedding deeply into teams operating at scale. We've been doing the work from 9,000 kilometers away. Now we're closing the distance.
A Long Time Coming
Rok Hladnik, our founder and CEO, says the move has been in the making for a while. "The US was never a question of if, only when," he explains. "Our clients have been pushing us to show up in person for a long time, and honestly, the nature of the work we do for American brands simply requires it."
For Rok, Los Angeles was the obvious choice. "That's where the brands we want to work with are being built, and where a number of our existing partners are already based. This isn't a symbolic gesture. It's about being where the work is."
